Product Condition & Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting their items upon pickup or delivery.
We are not responsible for damage occurring after the product leaves our location or after delivery is completed.
Eligibility for Protection Plans
Protection plans cannot be offered on:
Items sold as-is.
Items without a minimum 30-day store return policy.
Items without a qualifying manufacturer's warranty.
If these conditions are not met, any protection plan purchased will be considered invalid.

Furniture Express may update or revise these policies at any time.
