30-Day Return & Exchange Policy (Manufacturer Defects Only)
Furniture Express provides a minimum 30-day return window for all qualifying furniture purchases.
This return period is limited to exchanges only and applies exclusively in cases of verified manufacturer defects.
If you believe your item has a defect, you must contact us as soon as possible within the 30 days.
Once reported, we will inspect the product and process an exchange for the same or comparable item if approved.
Items must be in the same condition as when delivered or picked up.
Protection Plans & Warranty Requirements
To comply with Mulberry protection eligibility:
Furniture Express does not sell products as-is when a protection plan is offered. Any product sold with a Mulberry plan automatically qualifies for either:
 our 30-day return/exchange policy, or
 an active manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 30 days).
This ensures all protection plans sold remain valid and enforceable.
All Other Sales Are Final
Except for approved manufacturer-defect exchanges within 30 days, all sales are final.
Customers are responsible for inspecting and securing their items during pickup.
