Once your order is placed, a team member will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time window.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

Delivery Process

Deliveries include transportation of your items to your home.

Setup and assembly services  ( will be extra charge)—ask for details.

please make sure walkways, hallways, and doorways are clear and accessible.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all items at the time of delivery.
If any manufacturer defect or visible issue is noticed, it must be reported immediately so the delivery team can document it.

Issues reported after delivery may require further evaluation.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, the customer or an authorized receiver must sign to confirm the order was received in good condition.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is made and the customer is unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply.

Pickup Option

Customers may choose to pick up furniture at our store locations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to properly secure and transport items.
Furniture Express is not responsible for any damage that occurs during self-transport.
